Three Days in Bali

Tour packegaes popularly selected nowdays are the three-days and two-nights in bali. Ubud

All of these meseums  are open from early in the morning until 17.00 central Indonesia time. Trunyan

Lake Batur in Bangli regency is an entrance gate to a very unique area, Bali aga village in trunyan. The inhabitants of  Bali Aga Village are Bali's mountains tribes and are often called as indigenous Balinese people. they have a different tradition compared to other Balinese people in general. The village has maintained a long tradition by not buying a dead person and instead to leave the dead bodies under a tree in an open air space in the absence of any bad smell . Truyan comes from two wprds, taru which means wood and menyan which mean fragrance. There are indeed taru menyan trees which produsce over powering fragnance the trees fragnance neutralizes the smell coming out from the dead bodies which are put under their shades . This tradition has been performed for generations until present time.

The only way to reach to reach Truyan village is to get into lake Batur from kesedian village , where boats are ready to takes visitors crossing the lake to reach trunyan . The boat trips take about 20 minute . There are almost no other way to reach Trunyan than by crossing the lake as the village lies by the edge of the lake and is surrounded by steep hills, Apart from uniqe tradition , Trunyan is also an attractive site to enjoy Mount Batur from the eastern part of lake Batur. The scenery seen from this part is totally diffrent from the opposite part.

Mount Batur

Mount Batur has been recently declared as geopark by Unesco for its rich geological resources. This resort area is located in Kitamani, Bangli Regency and can be reached by a two -hour car drive from denpasar , or an hour drive from Besakih. Its main attraction is acouple site of lake and mount batur..

Enjoying the morning in the village of panelokan, which means a place to sightsee, tourists will get a combination of spectakular scenery of mount Batur which looks like a blue crescent before their eyes . Just like in all mountainous areas, morning period is the best time to enjoy the beautiful scenery just before the emergence of the fog. Lake batur  is the largest lake in bali and is source of irrigation water for the green rice field in bangli.

Not far from the edge of the caldera, visitors can pay a visit to ulun temple in like batur located in a mount batur valley. SANGEH

Visit To Bali would not be complete without making a stop and meeting with houndreds of long tailed monkeys in sangeh .Situated along the roadside from Abiensemal to petang in Badung regency, some 25 km to north of denpasar , the bukit  Sari Sangeh forest is a nutmeg forest aged hundreds of years. Sangeh comes from the word "sang " which means human and "ngeh " which means to see. Acording to a local tale, the nutmeg trees were  on a sacred trip from Mount Agung to the west , however, the trip stopped in Sangeh soon after they were seen by human eyes. A population of nutmeg trees now expands in a 10 hectare are and the nutmeg forest is home to around 500 monkeys of macaca fuscicularis.

In the middle of the forest , there are several temples built by Mengwi Royal Palace in 17 century.with its bukit sari temple serves as the central temple. The Monkeys are believed
to be Hanuman's soldier ssigned to guard the temple. There fore local people donn't cafullyre to distrub them. Sangeh monkeys werthey have e used to be fierce, but noways , on the country they have become freindly. The grey haired monkeys are not afraid of people even they like to approach tourist who are taking picture of them. Thus their behavior becomes an attration to the tourists . The monkeys  in sangeh are the freindlist in comparison to those living inwould like to get a monkey  uluwatu and monkeys forest, in ubud . A visitor only need to bow and a monkey will skill skillfull jump into his or her shoulder . When visitor to geta monkey off the shouder , all her or she has to do it just to bow and the monkeys will go away.

BEDUGUL

Bedugul tourist area is located about 50 kilometer to the north of denpasar , or between an hour or two by car from kuta beach, depending on the treaffic condition . Tourist visiting Bedugul will normally spend their time to see the uniquely beautiful Ulum Danu tample situated at the edge of lake Bratan.The temple seems to rise from the center of the lake and is surraounded by a beautiful green park . It is no wonder that Ulun Danu tample has become one of the most photographed objects.

Lake Bratan offers a lot of woter sport activities suitable for whole family members, including parasaiing, jet sky , canoeing and fishing . There is also a famous track to do trekking through two adjacent lakes, lake Buyan adn Lake Tamblingan, which heads to gua Jepang ( japan cave ) and puncak mangu temple . MOUNT AGUNG

The ring of fire that links Indonesia has its fifth highest volcano in Bali which is well known as Mount Agung . Towering to 3.142 meters above sea level , the highest mountain in the island is located at rendang district, karangasem regency, bali province. Rising high, it is surraouded with a thick forest where wild boars, long tailed monkeys and a variety of wild bird, including the rare elang bali , call it their home there are tree climbing tracks to reach the peak of mount agung. But all three are quite challengging and are recomemeded only for physically fit tourist to climb.

Considering its important role as one of the ritual centers of balinese people, especially through besakih temple main entrance it is highly recomeded that visitors ask for a guide to visit Mount Agung . Mount Agung peak can be reached from a number of directions. The southern track passes through klungkung and candidasa the western track goes though besakih temple and the eastern track passes through tirta gangga and karang asem. The currently popular track is the one taking a route along the eastern beach , including Amed . which will eventually ling to the north direction to tulaben and singaraja. the eastern part of mount Agung peak offers acharming beauty of its surraounding scenery with its long winding path circled by smaller mountains and lake Batur. Located at the southern slope of mount Agung , Pura kahyangan Jagad Besakih beautifully rises in the village of besakih, rendang distric, karang asem regency, bali province. Besakih comes from the word 'basuki' which means safety in sanskrit.
